My claim to fame is I am so old, I invented real estate. Not really, but I have been around the block a time or two in the industry. I spent a significant period of my professional career working as a Sales Manager for a software company before opening a few of my own businesses. After I decided to sell those businesses and retire, it didn’t take long before my wife realized my retirement was not for her. So, I unknowingly ended up interviewing to be a real estate agent in 2014.
Over the years, I’ve sold commercial and residential real estate as well as several income-producing properties. I love what I do, and I think I’m getting pretty good at it. Want to know how I know? I sold 11 homes in one day! Yeah, you read that right! In case you need more convincing, just know that I was recognized in the Top 10 for HomeLink Realty’s Agent Production and had the highest sales volume in 2021.
