Carrie King

Originally from south Alabama and an Auburn resident since college, Carrie has lived in the area for 27 years and has been involved in our local real estate market for the past 20 years. With extensive experience in multiple areas including new residential construction, land development, title issues, license law and the legal aspect of property acquisition, Carrie is a knowledgeable resource and available to assist our agents, clients and customers as our Brokerage Manager and Principal Broker.  Carrie enjoys helping others in and out of the real estate business and often coordinates volunteer days for community non-profits and causes.  Carrie served on the Board of Directors for the Lee County Association of Realtors from 2018-2024 and served as President of the Board in 2023. Carrie has served 3 terms on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Association of Realtors, which represents more than 19,000 members in our state, and where she has fostered relationships with other real estate professionals throughout the region.  Carrie recently accepted the 2025 Realtor of the Year award from the Lee County Association of Realtors for exemplary achievements and contributions in her career through industry service, professionalism and productivity.  Carrie is also a member of the East Alabama Board of Realtors and Lake Martin Association of Realtors. 

Outside of work, Carrie and her family enjoy spending time with friends and family and take part in the many local activities and benefits that the community has to offer.
